🌿 Schedule a Backyard Plant Walk
(for those in or near Philadelphia)
Every wondered what the plants are in your own backyard? How many are edible? Medicinal or ecologically essential? How does one even begin to use the food or materials they provide? Or what do they tell us about the soil or site history? Schedule an hour-long walk with me to find out! Or schedule several over the course of the year with a few friends for your own personal workshop series.
Whether your space is big or small, it holds potential to become a vibrant, regenerative ecosystem. The start of that process begins with knowing the existing plants: those who are already there (even if we dislike them!), what their roles are and what they are trying to tell us about the needs of the landscape or what is happening in the soil underground. Every plant has a story.
Come away with a deeper understanding of the plants around you and learn what they can tell you about your land.
Zoom + In-Person Consults Available
Want to unlock stronger ecological resilience for your landscape? Schedule an online or in-person (for Greater Philadelphia area) consultation. These consults are designed for self-motivated land stewards who are ready to engage with their site in a hands-on, thoughtful way. Rather than offering landscaping services directly, I serve as an ecological coach, accountability partner and guide—someone to help you clarify your goals, uncover insights from the land itself, map out next steps, and build momentum toward a thriving, resilient backyard ecosystem. My time is limited these days (two little ones keep me busy!), but I’m committed to supporting passionate, self-motivated individuals ready to deepen their relationship with their land.
Together, we’ll focus on your top goals and dreams to building a more thriving and resilient ecosystem in your own backyard.
