🌿 Schedule a Backyard Plant Walk
$135 for 90-minute
(if you live in or near Philadelphia)
Curious about the plants growing in your yard and what they reveal about your soil, site history, or ecosystem? During this 90-minute walk, we’ll explore your existing landscape together—identifying plants that catch your eye, uncovering which are edible, medicinal, or ecologically valuable, and learning what your “weeds” are trying to tell you.
For those new to plant ID, we'll focus on your top 5 plants—the ones you're most drawn to or curious about — and use them as jumping off point to explore ecological resilience right in your backyard. Come away with a deeper understanding of your landscape and how to build a meaningful relationship with the plants that live there.
Feeling called to be in better relationship with your landscape? This 90-minute IN-PERSON consultation is designed for self-motivated land stewards who are ready to engage with their site in a hands-on, thoughtful way. Rather than offering landscaping services, I serve as an ecological coach and accountability partner—someone to help you clarify your goals, uncover insights from the land itself, map out next steps, and build momentum toward a thriving, resilient backyard ecosystem. My time is limited these days (two little ones keep me busy!), but I’m committed to supporting passionate, self-motivated individuals ready to deepen their relationship with their land.
This consultation is for folks who are energized to do the work themselves — not for those seeking a landscaper, but for those looking for an ecological coach, guide, or accountability partner. Together, we’ll focus on your top goals, get clarity on those dreams and talk through the steps to building a thriving, resilient ecosystem in your own backyard.
